Col. Andrii Cherniak

Biography

Andrii Cherniak was born on April 14, 1980, in the village of Berestia, Dubrovytsia District, Rivne Region.

He began his military service with the Security Service of Ukraine in 1997.

In 2002, he graduated from the Faculty of Investigative Training for the Security Service of Ukraine at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine, specializing in Law.

After completing his higher education, he served in operational and leadership positions in intelligence and national security units, both in regional offices and at the Central Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine.

He has experience in academic and teaching activities. Received Doctor of Law degree.

Colonel Andrii Cherniak has received numerous departmental awards and commendations.
