У виданні осмислюється досвід використання інструментів стратегічних комунікацій в умовах повномасштабної агресії рф проти України. Фахівці безпекових і державних інституцій, науковці, журналісти, волонтери розглядають низку важливих питань, зокрема: розбудови стратегічних комунікацій Держави в умовах війни; відтворення проактивності страткому для подолання ворожих інформаційних і психологічних впливів; зміни психологічних механізмів реалізації стратегічних комунікацій в умовах воєнної агресії; ґендерної чутливості стратегічних комунікацій; дієвих аналітичних технологій для системного розуміння сучасного контексту. Запропоновані рекомендації ґрунтуються на практичній діяльності авторів.

The publication considers the experience of using strategic communications tools in the conditions of full-scale Russian aggression against Ukraine. Specialists from the security and state institutions, scientists, journalists, volunteers address a number of important issues, in particular: the development of strategic communications of the state in conditions of war; proactivity of the strategic communications in overcoming the enemy information and psychological influences; changes in psychological mechanisms of implementation of strategic communications in conditions of military aggression; gender sensitivity of strategic communications; effective analytical technologies for systemic understanding of the modern context. Suggested recommendations are based on the field experience of the authors. The publication is the result of a joint project of the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine and the NGO “Youth Centre of the Atlantic Council of Ukraine,” carried out with the support of NATO.
